Certificate of Employment indicating tenure, position, and monthly summary itemized deductions

Payslip for the last 3 months indicating employment status, position, and name of employer

SELF-EMPLOYED

Business Permit

ITR/Latest AFS/Seles Record

Other source of Income (proof of remittance, payslip of spouse,etc.)

STEPS TO APPLY:

1. Submit loan application form and requirements.

2. Wait for an update and notification from our Account Officer

3. Loan Approval and Release of home appliance or furniture.
