Sometimes, it feels like you’re stuck, like nothing is moving forward. But looking back now, every challenge and setback was part of the process. You've learned that if you're not struggling or challenged, then you're not growing. Those tough moments? They were the moments that shaped you into who you are today.

A recent graduate, unsure of how to begin his career, attended a local job fair in search of opportunities. At Camalig Bank’s booth, he discovered the possibility of a career in banking. With support from the bank and DOLE’s employment programs, he landed his first job. Today, he is not only gaining valuable experience but also inspiring others to pursue their dreams through similar opportunities.

An ultramarathon entails testing one’s limits and running over 42 km; our colleague Romeo Manaog, known as Nior, showcased his remarkable strength and determination when he ran 80 km in the Mayon 360 Ultramarathon on 11 May 2024.

There were many ways I imagined how my first experiences at Camalig Bank would be. But this year's Staff Assembly is one that I didn't anticipate. It was anything but boring from the preparation until the end of the event. It was a day filled with fun, excitement, and camaraderie among staff from different branches and departments.
