A recent graduate, unsure of how to begin his career, attended a local job fair in search of opportunities. At Camalig Bank’s booth, he discovered the possibility of a career in banking. With support from the bank and DOLE’s employment programs, he landed his first job. Today, he is not only gaining valuable experience but also inspiring others to pursue their dreams through similar opportunities.
As the year draws to a close, Camalig Bank is honored to receive the Responsive Partnership Award from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Bicol Region. This recognition, presented during the Oragon Awards 2024 at The Marison Hotel in Legazpi City on 17 December 2024, highlights the power of collaboration in creating meaningful change.
