The 6-digit PIN is an added security measure that guarantees that only you can access and use your account.
This PIN is set during your account activation process and is used to verify transactions such as fund transfers, bill payments, or similar activities, making your banking experience much safer.

You must use a 6-digit PIN, and this feature cannot be turned off. It is an essential security measure implemented to safeguard your account.

No, you only need to set a new 6-digit PIN when activating your account and registering a new mobile device.

To reset your 6-digit PIN, navigate to "Settings" within the app's interface and select "Change PIN".

If your account is blocked due to multiple incorrect PIN attempts, follow these steps to resolve the issue and regain access to your account:
• Locate the Reset Button: On the Camalig Bank Mobile login page, find the "Reset" button, typically located at the lower left corner.
• Initiate Account Reactivation: Tap the "I have an account" button to initiate the account reactivation process.
• Provide Account Information: You will be prompted to provide your account credentials for verification. This typically includes your last name, birthdate, document number (e.g., ID or passport number), and account number.
• Verify Information: After entering the necessary information, you will receive an OTP code through SMS on your registered mobile number to verify your request.
• Set a New PIN: Once verified, you can set a new PIN for your account. Choose a strong and memorable PIN you can securely use for future logins.
• Complete the Process: Follow any additional prompts or instructions to complete the account reactivation process.

If you happen to forget your PIN, there is no need to worry.
Simply tap on the reset button located on the app login page. The app will then guide you through the process of reactivating your account by choosing the "I have an account" button.
Follow the instructions provided to input the necessary account credentials, and once verified, you will be able to set a new PIN for your account. This process ensures that you can regain access to your account securely and conveniently.

For security purposes, you will be asked to create a new PIN when it expires, but you may also choose to keep your current one.

Your PIN will expire 90 days from the day you last changed it.

You can usually retain or change your existing PIN when it expires.

Biometric login is a method of authentication that uses unique physical characteristics, such as fingerprints or face recognition, to verify a user's identity.

To set up a biometric login in Camalig Bank Mobile, follow these steps:
• Open Camalig Bank Mobile: Launch the Camalig Bank Mobile on your device.
• Navigate to Settings: Tap the Settings menu located on the lower right side of the Home page.
• Find Biometric Login Option: In the Settings menu, locate the option for biometric login settings.
• Enable Biometric Login: Toggle the biometric login option to enable it.
• Authenticate with Biometrics: The app will prompt you to verify your identity using your device's biometric sensor once biometric login is enabled. Depending on your device's capabilities, this may require scanning your fingerprint or using facial recognition.
• Enter 6-digit PIN: Once biometric authentication is successful, you will be prompted to input a 6-digit PIN.
• Setup Complete: Upon completing the process, biometric login will be enabled for your Camalig Bank Mobile, allowing you to access your account securely using your fingerprint or face recognition.

Once you have completed the biometric login process at Camalig Bank Mobile, you can immediately use your fingerprint or facial recognition to access your account.

If your phone is lost or stolen, it is crucial to protect your personal information and prevent unauthorized access to your accounts immediately. Request the app's deactivation or immediately go to the nearest Camalig Bank Branch to secure your Camalig Bank Account completely.
