CB Execs, Officers take part in BFRB’s Meeting
Camalig Bank Officers attended this year’s Bicol Federation of Rural Banks’ General Membership Meeting on September 09, 2022 at the Summit Hotel, Naga City.
Along with Jose Misael B. Moraleda, RBAP Director for Region V and Camalig Bank President/CEO, and Geraldine P. Moraleda, COO, the following are Camalig Bank Officers who participated in the aforementioned event: Johanna B. Monis, HRMD Head and CAD Head (concurrent), Leizel P. Martirez, Executive Assistant and Consumer Protection Unit Head, Ritzel N. Quitasol, Risk Management Unit Head and OIC-Compliance Unit Head, Clarice M. Aragon, Internal Audit Department Head, Josephine M. Villareal, IT Department Head, Rosemarie O. Dado, Finance Department Head, Kristian R. Belaguin, Central Clearing and Settlement Unit Head, and Ralph S. Cambaling, Credit Lending Center Unit Head.
With the one-day endeavor, the officers were immersed to the different prepared topics to be abreast of the current industry updates. One of the highlights of the event was the focused group discussion on RB’s feedback on the increasingly challenging regulatory landscape where participating RBs had shared their insights and best practices on the topic.
Meanwhile, Jose Misael B. Moraleda, was inducted as Treasurer during the induction of the BFRB officers for the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 which was ushered by Atty. Mary Ann Tupasi-Saddul, President of the Rural Banking Association of the Philippines (RBAP).
Moreover, on September 08, 2022, a day prior the conference, some of the guests namely: Christian E. Jimenez, CPA, MDE, BSP Supervisor, Millott Requillo, Chief Compliance Officer of BDO Network Bank, Atty. Tupasi-Saddul, RBAP President, Vittorio Z. Almario, Director of Rural Bank of Mati, Inc., Giovanni Gabriento, President of Rural Bank of Digos, Inc., visited Camalig Bank Corporate Office in Legazpi City, Albay.
