Back to Face-to-face: Branch Managers Gather for General Meeting

To recalibrate performances and share their best practices, the branch managers of Camalig Bank convened for a general meeting at the Corporate Office, Legazpi City, on Monday, 4 April 2022, after two years of conducting it virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The highlight of the meeting was the Inter-Unit Resource Sharing (IUR Sharing), wherein Kathleen T. Muñoz, Virac Office’s Branch Manager, Francis Y. Egar, Masbate City Office’s Branch Manager, and Remedios D. Domo, Head Office’s Branch Manager, presented their best practices in marketing products and lowering down the past-due loans.

Updates and features of the upcoming Camalig Bank mobile app were revealed by Josephine V. Dino, head of the Information Technology Department.

Rosemarie O. Dado, head of the Finance Department, discussed finance and budget concerns to show the numbers and current financial standing of the Bank.

Furthermore, Johanna B. Monis, head of the Human Resource Management Department, tackled the Bank’s workforce complement and updates on digitalization.

After the meeting proper, the Bank conducted a fellowship at the roof deck of the Corporate Office, where the branch managers and bank officers had a chill day-end get-together to cap off the event.
